All of our staff members are educated and trained in various disciplines related to the Property Sector. We work closely with our clients to custom design our services to protect their interests in the planning, construction, and outfitting of construction projects. Our role is that of a Client Representative. We augment the clients staff by executing various functions such as Estimating, Scheduling, Project Management, Construction Coordination, Construction Monitoring, Insurance Appraisals, Inspections and Claims Resolution.
